Preembarco
El grupo de preembarco incluye a pasajeros que necesitan tiempo adicional para abordar, como personas con discapacidades. Debes especificar tu discapacidad al hacer la reserva para ser clasificado en este grupo. Estos viajeros deben solicitar el preembarco a un agente de atención al cliente de Southwest Airlines en la puerta de salida o en el mostrador de boletos.
Grupo A
Este grupo está compuesto por viajeros prioritarios que han comprado un embarque de mejora o seleccionaron la tarifa o clase Business Select. De acuerdo con el proceso de Selección de asientos de Southwest, el Grupo A se divide en dos partes: A1 a A15 y A16 a A60. Aquellos que hayan pagado extra por el billete de avión serán clasificados en A1 a A15, mientras que el resto formará parte del grupo A16 a A60.
