Procurement Management:

Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials, equipment, and services required for steel manufacturing. Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality standards. Continuously evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.

Warehouse and Inventory Management:

Oversee the efficient operation of warehouse facilities, including layout design, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes. Implement best practices for inventory management to optimize stock levels while minimizing carrying costs and obsolescence. Utilize advanced inventory management systems to track inventory movements, improve accuracy, and streamline operations.

Stores Management:

Manage the stores department responsible for maintaining adequate stock levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables for production and maintenance activities. Develop and implement procedures for efficient issuance, replenishment, and tracking of store items, ensuring availability and minimizing downtime.
